David Fowler BA, Solicitor – Principal
David is a very experienced Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in the business of law. David started his legal career as an official of the Circuit Court Office in Dublin. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1996, having trained with large city center practice. David was an associate Solicitor with another mid-sized city based firm from 1996 to 1999, and from there, David went on to co-found the city center practice of John Shiel Solicitors, where he was a partner for fourteen years. In June of 2013, David founded the firm of David R Fowler Solicitors.

Maureen O’Meara BBLS, Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing, Solicitor
Maureen is an associate Solicitor with the firm and has an excellent reputation across her core areas of expertise. Prior to joining David R Fowler Solicitors, Maureen worked for ten years with two mid-sized city centre law firms. She has also worked as in-house counsel for a large Irish financial institution. Maureen’s primary areas of practice include: conveyancing and property matters, wills, probate and administration of estate, wards of court and enduring powers of attorney.

Consultant Solicitor
Mark is a Consultant Solicitor who has practised in Terenure village for almost 30 years. He has considerable experience in all areas of general practice, but has more recently concentrated on residential conveyancing, wills, probate and enduring powers of attorney. He served on the Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association Conveyancing Committee for 10 years. Mark is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public, with particular interest in the areas of Adoption and Aviation Finance and Leasing. He holds a Diploma in Property Tax and a Diploma in Aviation Finance and Leasing.
